Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at LMG Physician Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). This role involves working closely with our physicians to support outpatient clinic follow-ups for Rehabilitation Institute of Oregon (RIO) patients, assisting with essential documentation, and having opportunities to grow within the realm of musculoskeletal care. Additionally, this position offers the potential to assist with inpatient RIO acute care cases, enabling a comprehensive approach to patient rehabilitation and recovery and continued job growth.

Qualifications
Education: Requires Bachelor's degree and successful completion of a physician assistant or nurse practitioner program accredited by any of the following accrediting bodies:
- Committee on Allied Health, Education Accreditation of the American Medical Association (CAHEA);
- Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP);
- Accreditation Review Commission on the Education of the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
Experience:
- Requires experience in direct patient management
Licensure
- Current applicable state licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant or ability to obtain licensure upon date of hire.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS may substitute for BLS).
- Must submit information necessary to complete a National Practitioner Data Base search and meet Legacy's standards for results.

Qualifications Education: As required by licensure.
Experience: Clinical experience requirements are dependent upon the specific position, and include a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Skills/Knowledge: Basic familiarity with computers preferred.
